Fundraisers
 
 
Contestant's Responsibilities:
 
  • Each contestant is required to participate in All of the following Fundraisers:
    • See's Candy Fundraiser
      • High School contestants must sale $100 of Candy or Donate $50 cash.  Orders and/or donate is due by the November Rodeo (Paso)
      • Jr. High contestants must sale $50 of Candy or Donate $25 cash.  Orders and/or donate is due by the 11/21 Rodeo.
    • State Raffle Ticket Sale (State fundraiser) - 15 ticket per contestant at $10 each
    • District Sponsorship Program - at least $100 in sponsorships per contestant
    • Scholarship Silent Auction at Challenge of Champions (at least the contestants who qualify, others can always donate items for this auction)
    • Scholarship Silent Auction at State Finals (at least the contestants who qualify, others can always donate items for this auction)
    •  
      Be in dress code for all Fundraisers.

 

  • Each contestant is required to participate in at least one of the following Fundraisers:
    • Barrel Race on 11/?? Thursday night at Norco, please be there by 6pm.
    • Barrel Race on 11/20 after Jr. High Rodeo at Riverside Ranchero's, please be there by noon.
    • Team Roping Jackpot - TBD.

 

  • Information on these fundraisers will be given out at the rodeo.  If you don't get the information, please ask.

 

  • Helping at more than one fundraiser is always welcomed and appreciated.

 

  • We need your help - these fundraisers will make the district thousands of dollars collectively.

 

  • If you have a fundraising idea, please bring it to a Board Meeting and be prepared to help.
